NovelHire Refund and Cancellation Policy

At NovelHire, we strive to provide an innovative and efficient AI Interviewing platform that meets the needs of recruiters and job seekers. Our refund and cancellation policy is designed to ensure a fair and transparent process for all our users.
Subscription Plans
NovelHire offers two types of subscription plans:
Monthly Subscription: Renewed on a monthly basis.
Yearly Subscription: Renewed on an annual basis.
Users can select the plan that best fits their hiring needs and budget.
Free Trial
We provide a 15-day free trial for new users to experience the full features of NovelHire. During this trial period, users can explore all functionalities without any obligation to continue after the trial ends.
Refund Policy
- Eligibility for Refunds
Users may request a refund if they are not interested in continuing with the service or if they are dissatisfied with the platform’s performance.
Refund requests must be submitted within the first 30 days of the subscription period to be considered eligible.
- Submitting a Refund Request
Users can request a refund by navigating to the account settings on the NovelHire platform and selecting the refund option, or by contacting our support team at support@novelhire.com.
Refund requests should include the reason for the refund and any relevant details to help us improve our services.
- Refund Conditions
Refunds are only provided for the initial subscription period (first 30 days). No refunds will be issued for subsequent subscription periods.
No partial refunds will be issued for any unused portion of a subscription period.
- Processing Refunds
Once a refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 10-15 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the subscription.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation Process
Users can cancel their subscription at any time by accessing the account settings on the NovelHire platform and selecting the cancellation option, or by contacting our support team.
Upon cancellation, users will continue to have access to the platform until the end of the current billing cycle.
- Notice Period
Users must cancel their subscription before the start of the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the subsequent period.
There is no mandatory notice period; cancellations can be made anytime before the next billing date.
- Effect of Cancellation
Once the subscription is cancelled, users will not be charged for the next billing cycle.
Users will retain access to the platform and its features until the end of the current billing period.
Exceptional Cases
NovelHire does not provide any special rules or exceptions outside of this policy for specific promotions or long-term contracts.
